Welcome to the Sunday Cocoon. This is a two hour intimate session for a select group of women who are looking to deeply rest, unwind and recieve 1:1 time and group healing.

This is a moment to pause, of resetting of coming back to stillness and peace, in our sanctuary space you can expect an evening of the warmth of candlelight, sound and cermonial cacao.

For the woman who holds in all, and deserves to be taken care of and nurtured.

• Candlelight, warm honey sweetened ceremonial cacao for heart opening

• 1:1 gentle herbal misting to clear your auric field & alleviate stress

• Anointing with sacred lovingly prepared oils for rebalancing your nervous system

• 1:1 shamanic energy clearing with Olivia using rattles and Shamanic tools.

• Laying on the hands by Olivia to receive shamanic healing

• Finishing the evening with a womb like soundbath, nature sounds and a soothing heart beat.
