Song of the soul is a journey to reclaiming confidence, sovereignty and deeply healing the nervous system through sound and resonance.

So many of us find it challenging to speak up, express ourselves and say what it is that wants to be voiced without resistance. This is a space where your voice can be free and liberated, where this is not about performance but working with sound for the joy of it.

In these sessions Olivia will be guiding you in in this somatic sound healing journey stimulating the vagus nerve and finding peace through chanting, singing and expression of sound.

Moonshell Sanctuary is a safe space for everyone to relax and let go of the outside noise for a little while. Sound/ Frequency healing is an ancient healing modality that has a plethora of healing benefits for the mind, body and soul. Each sound has a purpose in lowering stress, Dis-ease, mental and emotional imbalances and regulating your nervous system and cortisol levels.
