Join Olivia in a sacred Henna Ritual, this session is a fun afternoon where ancient tradition meets modern mindfulness and creativity.

This isn’t just a henna workshop - its a moment to express yourself creatively, experience an ancient beauty ritual and take a moment to switch off from the outside world where you become the artist and the art. Creating Henna is also deeply relaxing and can bring a sense of calm and focus to an overactive mind and get into a state of presence and mindfulness.

Olivia will teach you all about the art, the symbology its history and cultural roots. She will then help you get intentional about what art wants to be channeled through you, the significance at this point in your life and how you can express it through the art of henna!

You will have practice runs before you want to tattoo yourself and spend time creating your design first!

Women use Henna ( Mehndi) for many spiritual reasons traditionally it is believed to bring luck, prosperity and joy also marking significant milestones. It acts also as a protective charm to ward off evil eye during big life transitions like weddings, pregnancies and religious festivals.

This class is about using your own intuition, expressing yourself freely, trying something new & giving you the space to tap into being you own muse.
